**Welcome to Locked_In** Located inside “House of Luna and Sol” salon in downtown Elmira, New York, Locked_In is an independent styling brand founded by Moriah Lockard. With three years of professional experience following my graduation from cosmetology school and extensive training under talented mentors in two salons, I have developed a deep passion for hairstyling—particularly braids. At Locked_In, I believe in creating a peaceful, artistic, and inclusive environment where each client feels valued and embraced. I take pride in helping you celebrate your natural beauty while offering a range of natural, enhanced, and exquisite braided styles designed to complement your unique hair journey. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Locked In has a 25% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Locked In at (607) 259-6869 as soon as possible to reschedule.
